Usage Instructions,
1. Cook ½ cup of toor dal (pigeon peas) with turmeric until soft.
2. Add chopped vegetables (drumstick, brinjal, carrot, etc.) and boil with tamarind extract.
3. Add 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of Murugan Idli Sambar Podi and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
4. Finish with a traditional tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies, and hing (asafoetida).
