- Damaged or Poor QualityIf you receive a product that is damaged or of poor quality, please notify us promptly after discovering the issue. We will require relevant product information, such as images and videos for verification purposes, to initiate the refund process.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the product, our dedicated team will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase (If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment done through any mobile wallet or any other gateway, the refund will be processed through the same mode).
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and a brief description of the issues.
- Return or Refund: Unboxing videos are mandatory for reporting any damages and returns. Any damaged or missing products in a consignment will only be addressed if supported by an unboxing video.
- Return Shipping: Ship the product back. Our pickup agent will contact you to arrange the return pickup.
- Refund Status: You will receive updates on your return status via email, Whataspp, provided that your contact information is accurately recorded with us.
